Day Walk: National Forest - 2; Midlands
Saturday, 17th October

Meet 9:45am for a 10am start at Thornton Reservoir car park for a 6 mile walk.

Having enjoyed the ambience of the National Forest in Spring during the first of these walks in the area, you can now marvel at the Autumn scenery on this second walk in this area.
The National Forest comprises of 200 square miles of the Midlands. It spans parts of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire and aims to link the two ancient Forests of Charnwood and Needwood.
