Day Walk in South Derbyshire
Saturday, 12th December 2020
Please note changed dates to comply with current Covid19 Tier 3 regulations. (OOps! it is for Sat 12th Dec 2020)
Replacing our usual Christmas walk, which you were all probably looking forward to, here is, possibly, the last day walk of 2020.
Meet in Ticknall Car Park (for Google Maps enter Ticknall Village Hall, for other navigation it's just North of Rose Lane, off Ingleby Lane) for a 9:30 am start.
This is a 6 mile walk along National Forest Way, passing Calke Abbey. There is most likely to be mud so please bring boots and, since we can't guarantee any open shops, a packed lunch.
In order to meet the Covid restrictions Mick needs to know in advance who is on the walk so please contact him to book your spot.
Also in keeping with guidelines we will set off in groups of 6, 5 mins apart with a walk leader in each group.
Just in case we are to able to book a meal at the end of the walk please let Mick know if you'd be interested in joining in.
I hope to see you there.
